Time: Summers – 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Winters – 5:00 AM to 7 AM

Age: 15 years & above

This course has been specially designed to make people healthier and to generate Extra Energy within them. In today’s competitive world every person, whether he or she be a student, an entrepreneur, a sportsperson, a professional in any field or a home maker; one has to face a great deal of stress and pressure. Having attended this program, one will be able to face any challenge or difficulty with ease and fast track on the path of success.

• This course is conducted by one of our Rishis of the Kendra.
• On successful completion of the course, one is presented with a WHITE CARD of the Kendra.

2.Extra Plus :

Duration: 16 hours, spread over a period of 7 days.
On the 6th & 7th day of the course (Saturday and Sunday), the duration will be of
3 hours each.

Timing: Summers – 4 A.M. to 6 A.M.
Winters   - 5 A.M. to 7 A.M.

This course has been designed keeping in mind today's dynamic world full of tension. In today's time we face various professional, personal and social tensions. Participating in this course will give a person a feel of his inner positive powers. This increases the stamina of a person so that he can achieve his goal without any hindrances in the path of development.

• This course is conducted by the Sages of our Kendra.
• The participants of this course will get a Special YELLOW CARD.
• The holder of this card can get direct admission to our D.S.A. course.
• “Shakti Kriya” is also a part of this course.

3. Jeevan Shakti Sanchar – JSS

Duration: 21 days, 45 hours (2 hrs. in the morning everyday)
Time: Summers – 4:00 AM to 6:00 AM
Winters – 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Age: 18 years & above

This course has been very thoughtfully designed to bring you to the “Art of Happiest Living” through ‘Life Strategy’. In the modern world of cut-throat competition, having a family life and a professional life, dealing with all the pressures from all quarters and fulfilling all your responsibilities, and yet feeling great joy and peace in life, is what will be revealed to you through this program. Having successfully completed this course, one would be able to face and handle all challenges, problems and difficulties in his or her personal or professional life with ease. One would be able to accept situations and circumstances more easily and would be fully prepared to overcome them in the right manner.

4.Advance Plus: (A course for Professionals)

Duration: 16 hours, spread over a period of 7 days.

Timing: Summers – 4 A.M. to 6 A.M.
Winters   - 5 A.M. to 7 A.M.
On the 6th & 7th day of the course (Saturday and Sunday), the duration will be of  3 hours each.

 This course has been specially designed for those, who have a very tight and dynamic work schedule and hence are unable to attend the 21 days’ course. Advanced Plus is a shorter version of our 21 days’ program and is conducted primarily in metros and big cities across the world. We have taken great care in the designing of this course, so that the participants can draw almost the same benefits from it as from the longer version.

The main aim of this course is to develop the mental and physical powers of the individuals. After successful completion of this course you will able to face any situation in life with optimism and will power

5.Divya Shakti Anubhav – DSA

Duration: 4 days, 64 hours (16 hrs. everyday)

Eligibility: Yellow Card holders

Based on the concept of “Complete Life”, this course reveals all the secrets of human life and the mysteries of nature. This program makes an individual capable to become a “Guru”. Here the word Guru refers to a great politician, a great leader, a great scientist, a great doctor, a great artist, a great sportsperson, a great engineer, a great teacher, etc. Whatever be one’s field or profession, having successfully completed this course, he or she will have developed the capability and discipline to reach to the heights of greatness.

• This is a residential program conducted in a “Shivir” of our Kendra. Boarding & Lodging facilities are provided by the Kendra itself.
• On successful completion of the course, one is presented with the GREEN CARD of the Kendra.
