Pujya Sri Sri Guru Sudershan Ji was born on the 28th June, 1962 at Jalandhar in Punjab. Right from your childhood, you had to earn your livelihood yourself which forced you to discontinue your education. You tried your hand in various fields during the earlier years of your life and were having a successful experience in many fields by the time you attained majority age.

You never left any work incomplete. Whenever you took any assignment in hand, you always strove hard to complete it. You always served others without any self interest. This trait of yours to involve deeply in everything and to interact with different types of people provided you an opportunity to have a deeper understanding of human nature and characteristics. At the age of 23 you were married to Pujya Mata Ji and were blessed with two sons.

In the year 1997, by the grace of God, you happened to come across Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji and the very sight of his awakened spiritual-self inside you. It brought about a great deal of changes in your life and lead a very deep influence on you. You relinquished all the wordly relations and found yourself attached to God and got the practical experience of how to live a prosperous life sans worries. Being a stubborn pursuer, you started investigating the human nature and its various aspects. You gave up everything you possessed business, money, luxuries or relations and went into the state of "MAUN SAMADHI" in the year of 1998. In order to pursue your foremost goal to serve the society your efforts bore fruit in the shape of "SRI SRI GYAN VIKAS KENDRA" in 2002 and you dedicated yourself to the service of the society.
